Terms and Conditions

Last updated: May 2026

Welcome. These terms describe how Your Child’s Gifts (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you in return.

By using this website or buying a report, you agree to these terms.

What you’re buying

Your Child’s Gifts is a personalized digital report about your child’s two dominant archetypal gifts. The report is delivered as a PDF file by email after purchase.

The report is for personal use only. Once we send it, it is yours to read, print, save, and share with the people in your child’s life.

About refunds

We have a simple policy: all sales are final. There are no refunds.

This is because the product is digital. Once a report is generated and emailed, we cannot un-deliver it.

To make sure you’re confident before purchasing, we offer a free sample on our website. The free sample is a real section of one of the nine archetype reports — the same writing, the same voice, the same depth. Please read the sample before buying.

If the sample resonates with you, the full report will likely be a joy to read. If the sample does not resonate with you, please don’t purchase. We’d rather you walk away than buy something that isn’t right for you.

We may make exceptions in cases where there’s a clear technical problem on our end — for example, if the email never arrives and we cannot resolve it. Reach out to us at support@yourchildsgifts.com and we will do our best to make it right.

About the methodology — important

Your Child’s Gifts is offered for personal insight, reflection, and inspiration only. It is not professional advice, and it is not a substitute for professional advice.

Specifically:

We have written the report with care, sincerity, and respect for the parents and children who read it. We believe it can offer real value as a starting point for reflection. We also believe parents are the experts on their own children, and licensed professionals are the experts on professional matters. The report is not a replacement for either.

Who can purchase

To buy a report, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

The report itself is appropriate for adult readers — typically the parent, grandparent, or guardian of the child it describes. There is no age limit for who can read or hear the contents of the report once delivered.

What you can do with the report

When you buy a report, you receive a personal license to read it, print it, and share it with people in your child’s immediate circle — co-parents, grandparents, close family, the child themselves when they’re old enough.

The report is copyrighted material and remains our intellectual property. You may not resell it, sublicense it, transfer it for payment, republish it on any public platform, reproduce it commercially, or remove any copyright or attribution notices.

Each report is licensed to the buyer for the buyer’s family. If a friend or family member would like their own report, they’re welcome to purchase one — that’s how we keep this work going.

If we discover that a report has been resold, redistributed, or used commercially in violation of these terms, we reserve the right to revoke access, cancel future orders, and pursue any remedies available to us under applicable law.

Your privacy

We take privacy seriously.

We collect only what we need to deliver your report, plus your email address. We use this information to generate and send your report, and to provide customer support if you contact us.

We never sell, rent, trade, or share your information with advertisers, marketers, data brokers, or any third party for their commercial use.

We never see, store, or have access to your credit card number. Payments are processed by Stripe, an industry-standard payment processor. Stripe handles all payment information directly under their own security practices. Reports are delivered by email through Resend, our email service provider.

You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing support@yourchildsgifts.com.

Liability

The report and the website are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the website or the report is limited to the amount you paid us.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including decisions you make based on the report. Please consult licensed professionals for medical, psychological, educational, legal, or financial decisions about your child.

Indemnification

You agree to hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your misuse of the report, your violation of these terms, or your violation of someone else’s rights.

In plain English: if your use of the report causes a problem for someone else, that problem is yours, not ours.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our product evolves. When we do, we’ll update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the appropriate United States courts.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
